At Elder's Beerman's corporate office In Dayton, developed the comprehensive Online Help system (Stars), for merchandise buyers at the Department stores. Using RoboHelp, employed 'Information Types' to accommodate varying skill levels among users of the Stars system. Created a cross-reference and index to connect the previous manually completed buying procedures with the newly-automated system. Also developed a text manual that was incorporated into the training, and served as a reference guide after training was completed.
